Chocolate Bread Pudding
8 large eggs
700 ml milk (full cream)
50 gms butter
2 cups sugar
Vanilla 2 tbsp
300 gms Chocolate (roughly chopped)- I use Seedawi dark chocolate.
In a bowl add roughly chopped buns, add milk, eggs, sugar & raisins.
Soak it for 3-4 hours.
Pour the mixture in a pyrex, add cold chopped butter, then dunk in the roughly chopped chocolate.
Bake it in a bain marie for 1 hour on 200 deg. c ( pour water in a big tray) in that tray keep the Pyrex with the mixture.
Now remove it from the bain marie and leave it in the oven to bake for another 10 minutes till the pudd rises.
Gooeeey, yummy rich pudding is ready to be served warm.
