125 gms flour
500 gms sugar
350 ml water
200 gms coconut milk powder
12 egg yolks
1 cup butter/ghee (I used amul ghee)

Make the water luke warm and add the cocnut powder, mix well till its smooth.

Add the sugar utill all sugar is dissolved Add the flour slowly in the above mixture of sugar and coconutmilk and keep it aside. Beat the egg yolks untill its creamy. Now add this creamy mixture to the above batter. Mix it well. Let the batter sit for 1 1/2 hour. Preheat the oven (top and bottom flame) and then set the top flame to medium heat (2) and bottom on 130 degrees. Put the empty square baking pan 5x5 in the oven let it become hot now remove it out and add 2 tbsp of ghee//butter and put it back in the oven. once hot remove it out again and pour 3 big deep serving spoons of batter and put it in the oven. Once the top part browns remove it out and pour another 2 tbsp of ghee/butter. Put the second layer of batter in the oven and wait till the top part browns again. Close the bottom flame. Now keep repeating the layers untill the batter is over. You will get approx. 5 layers. Once all the layers are done. Close the top flame. Burn the bottom flame and leave the pan inside the oven for 5 minutes on 180 degrees set flame. Remove it from the oven and let it cool for 1 to 2 hours. Now cut it desired
square slices. You will get a beautiful five layered bebic which is heaven. Its a tedious job but its worth trying.

50 gms unflavoured gelatin
500 gms sugar
1 cup water
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
oil 1 drop for greasing

Grease a medium square glass dish, keep it aside.

Mix all the above and put it on medium flame for 10 minutes. Make sure everything is dissolved and boils. Add desired colour and mix well. Now pour this liquid in the greased dish and let it set for 5 hours. Once set cut it in desired shapes and roll it in sugar and leave it for 1 hour to dry. Store it in a jar. Its yummy gummy. Kids just love it and I love it too.

Thanks a Ton Rita and Padmini. Without you lovely friends it would not have been possible. Cheers...........
